Bourgogne, Zerktouni & Racine
Let’s go together to discover the districts of Bourgogne and Racine.
The Bourgogne district, in the center-west of Casablanca, on the edge of the ocean, embodies the diversity of the city's neighborhoods. It is developing at the crossroads of several sectors: the Lhjajma and El Hank neighborhoods to the west, Derb Talian and Derb Lingliz of the Old Medina to the east of the Boulevard de Bordeaux, the Boulevard d'Anfa and the Gauthier and Racine neighborhoods to the south.
The district consists of a assembly of districts and offers a great mix of habitat. It hosts both a standardized economic housing program in El Hank, small colonial houses and middle-class residential neighborhoods from various eras. In these different sectors, people of all classes and faiths have traditionally coexisted. Poverty coexists with wealth.
Bounded by three large boulevards (Zerktouni, Abdellatif Benkaddour and El Massira El Khadra), the Racine district is one of the most chic in Casablanca. Often nicknamed " the golden triangle ", it is home to luxury properties, gourmet restaurants and beautiful boutiques.
Let’s explore these modern neighborhoods with CitizOn.
