Connection and navigation on the Application and the Site, by users and visitors, hereinafter "the User", imply full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
- “Legal Notices” or “Privacy Policy”: means this document.
- “Application”: means the mobile application published by the Company CitizOn SARL.
- “User”: means any natural person using the Application and/or ordering the Company’s services.
- “Company”: means the Company CitizOn SARL.
- “Site”: means the Company’s website, www.citiz-on.com.
ARTICLE 2 – THE PUBLISHER
The editorial and graphic monitoring of the Application is provided by the company CitizOn SARL, with capital of 10,000 MAD, registered in the Casablanca Trade Register under number 565989 and whose head office is located at 265 BD Zerktouni 9th floor n°92 in Casablanca, Morocco.

ARTICLE 3 – THE HOST
The host of the Application is the Company IONOS SARL, whose head office is located at Place de la Gare – BP 70109, 57201 Sarreguemines.
ARTICLE 4 – ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION
The Application is accessible anywhere, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, IT difficulties, difficulties related to telecommunications networks, scheduled or unscheduled interruptions and which may arise from a need for maintenance.
In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Application, the Publisher cannot be held responsible.
ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content of the Application, including, but not limited to, graphics, images, text, videos, animations, sounds, logos and icons as well as their formatting, are the exclusive property of the Company with the exception of brands, logos or content belonging to other partner Companies or authors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these different elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Publisher. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may incur the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.
ARTICLE 6 – PHOTOGRAPHIC CREDITS
The photos on the Application come from different sources. The main authors of the various photographs on the Application are Didier LECORRE and Mahja NAIT BARKA. Some royalty-free photographs come from the image banks Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Fotolia, Freepik, Pexels, Pixabay and GettyImages. In the absence of an identified author, the Company undertakes to reserve and settle the rights if an author comes forward. ARTICLE 7 – COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company reserves the right to collect personal data.
Personal data is considered to be any information that allows an individual (natural person) to be identified directly or indirectly. As such, this may include their first and last names, age, postal or email address, location or IP address (non-exhaustive list).
Personal data is subject to collection and processing of personal information in compliance with privacy, in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms. This privacy policy is also compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
The collection of personal data is carried out directly from their owner (the User) directly (via the contact form and the registration forms for the Application) or indirectly (via their authentication through Google or social networks).
The collection and processing of data meets the following purposes:
- Management of registrations for events organized by the Company
- Personal Space Management
- Monitoring quality of service
- Sending information and newsletters
The User may refuse to provide his/her personal data. In this case, he/she will not be able to use the services of the Application, in particular that of requesting information about the Company, receiving newsletters, registering for events organized by the Company, in person or remotely.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF USERS
Under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has:
- Right of access,
- Right of rectification,
- Right to deletion
- Right to object to your personal data.

ARTICLE 9 – UPDATING INFORMATION
The Publisher implements all means to ensure reliable information and reliable updating of the Application. However, errors or omissions may occur. The User must therefore ensure the accuracy of the information with the Company, and report any changes to the Application that he deems useful. The Company is in no way responsible for the use made of this information, and for any direct or indirect damage that may result from it.
ARTICLE 10 – HYPERTEXT LINKS
The Application may offer links to other websites or other resources available on the Internet. The Company has no means of controlling the sites connected to the Application and is not responsible for the availability of such external sites and sources, nor does it guarantee it.
It cannot be held responsible for any damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the content of these sites or external sources, and in particular from the information, products or services that they offer, or from any use that may be made of these elements. The risks associated with this use are the full responsibility of the Internet user, who must comply with their conditions of use.
Users, subscribers and visitors to the websites may not set up a hyperlink to the Application without the express prior authorization of the Publisher. In the event that a User wishes to set up a hyperlink to the Application or the Company's Website, it will be their responsibility to send an email to the Publisher to formulate their request to set up a hyperlink. The Publisher reserves the right to accept or refuse without having to justify its decision. The User undertakes not to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or disclose to the public all or part of the content of the Application without the prior written consent of the Company.
ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTES
These Application conditions are governed by Moroccan law and any dispute or litigation that may arise from the interpretation or execution thereof shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Casablanca Commercial Court on which the Company's head office depends. The reference language for the settlement of any disputes is French.
